If you have elected to receive informational emails from WebMD, you will receive a confirmation via email when your health screening data is received into the Thrive/WebMD system. Please allow up to 3 business days to confirm receipt of screening data received.
If you are unsure of whether you have elected to receive emails, you can verify that we have received your 2013 health screening data by following these simple steps found on the 2013 Requirements page.

On june 26th I had a physical at Dr.James A Murphy’s office. I took the form and gave it to the nurse practioner. She said she would forward it on. Could you please let me know if you have received that information on my health screening. If for some reason they missplaced the form, where do I get another one.

No. Thrive does not need your flu shot verification. Please provide that information to your facility Employee Health office, as they are collecting that information.
